負(fù)責(zé)公司電池、電動(dòng)出行類產(chǎn)品在巴西/哥倫比亞市場(chǎng)的銷售拓展與渠道管理；
建立和維護(hù)本地經(jīng)銷商網(wǎng)絡(luò)，開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)域內(nèi)重點(diǎn)客戶及合作伙伴；
跟蹤當(dāng)?shù)匦履茉础㈦妱?dòng)車(chē)、儲(chǔ)能等相關(guān)行業(yè)政策與市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)，提出業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略；
協(xié)調(diào)總部團(tuán)隊(duì)，推進(jìn)訂單、售后、產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)等本地化支持工作；
定期完成銷售目標(biāo)，分析市場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)，提出改進(jìn)建議。

Take full ownership of business development in Brazil or Colombia for battery, energy, or e-mobility product lines;
Develop and manage distribution channels and key local clients;
Monitor regional policy, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize market strategies;
Act as a communication bridge between HQ and the local market, ensuring efficient support and timely follow-up;
Meet sales targets, deliver market insights, and support brand growth in the region.

? 任職要求 | Requirements

本科及以上學(xué)歷，國(guó)際貿(mào)易、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、電力電子等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
具備3年以上拉美市場(chǎng)銷售或商務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有電池、電動(dòng)車(chē)、儲(chǔ)能、逆變器等行業(yè)背景優(yōu)先；
葡萄牙語(yǔ)（巴西）或西班牙語(yǔ)（哥倫比亞）熟練，具備良好的英語(yǔ)溝通能力；
能接受出差/長(zhǎng)期駐外，具備較強(qiáng)的客戶開(kāi)拓與獨(dú)立工作能力；
熟悉跨文化溝通，有中資企業(yè)或國(guó)際公司背景優(yōu)先考慮。

Bachelor’s degree or above in international trade, marketing, electrical/energy engineering, or related majors;
3 years’ experience in Latin American market business development, preferably in battery, E- mobility, energy, or inverter sectors;
Fluent in Portuguese (Brazil) or Spanish (Colombia), with solid English communication skills;
Willing to travel or relocate; highly self-driven and target-oriented;
Cross-cultural awareness; experience in Chinese or international companies is a plus.
